Today's guest is Alundas Havens, the CEO of Alpha Influence Media, which helps connect podcasters and entrepreneurs with the ideal shows to spread their influence for massive impact. Alundas had a traumatic childhood with abusive parents and a disorderly environment. Despite this, he was determined to succeed and change his circumstances. He joined the Marine Corps and was deployed overseas. After several years in service, he got back. He did his best to reintegrate with society and tried a few things to work and make money. He enrolled in a podcasting course, connected with a great group, and eventually launched The Winner’s Paradigm podcast the week before his daughter was born. Alundas stresses the importance of his core values, which determines what he stands for, his vision, and what's important to him. He lives by his core values every day and recommends that others also find theirs and live by them, and make them a compass in their lives.

Alundas is a loving husband and father. He is Alpha Influence Media's CEO, allowing him to work with podcasters and entrepreneurs who went through similar struggles as he did. Through this company, he connects with entrepreneurs and business owners to strategize and build their businesses to take them to the next level.
Alundas also hosts The Winners Paradigm podcast, where he talks with different people at different points of their careers or entrepreneurial journey. He focuses on their success mindset and what helped them succeed or surpass challenges and shares it with his listeners so they may learn from it.
